Yes there may possibly be spoilers in this thread since in the anime you don't find out what the Blade Children are but to help them, it is a good thing to know.
Often in the series, they ask, "Why were the Blade Children ever born?" and come the end of anime, they make it seem it is their destiny to be destructive and should not continue to live.
Oh how much I would love to send the missionaries to them for a lesson on the Plan of Salvation! If they understood that they lived before they came to earth, then they would be alive anyway. And tying the pre-existence to the judgment and the degrees of glory, they would see that they have agency to choose. Just because they are created from a coo coo prodigy does not mean that they will be the same. It would also help to inform all the Hunters of this too so they stop hunting the Blade Children.

And if I remember correctly (from reading on Wikipedia) at least two or three of the Blade Children really want to be what they can be: a talented runner, a great pianist. They still have that ability, and similar to Fruits Basket, their "curse" is more due to a psychotic family head (unfortunately, mortal families aren't perfect) than to the people themselves. They still have the ability to be normal, wonderful people.
